Terms and conditions

1. You must repay the Total Amount of Credit plus the interest charges by monthly, annual, or balloon repayments, you must pay the repayment on the same day of each following month or year.
2. Failure to pay back the loan at this expected date/period, legal actions will be taken against the applicant by our attorney immediately.
3. Applicant who is unable to meet with the repayment will be given 2 weeks more as a grace period before legal actions will be taken.
4. As soon as you’re in agreement with the terms and condition below, your loan will be approved by the governmental body so as the loan papers can be processed.
5. The borrower will be responsible for the Loan Origination charges and this is the only fee expected to pay for this transaction to have your loan transferred to you as soon as possible by the bank transferring bank to your bank account or western union, or which ever way you want your loan to be transfer to you If you fully agree on this terms and condition get back to me so we could proceed.
6. Note:All fees are handled at closing through the title company determined by the underwriters.

Procedure

The Borrower will need to enter a Loan application with us before processing could begin. After filling the “Loan application form”, your details will be reviewed by our financial analyst then we would get back to you with the loans repayment analysis, and if suitable we will start full processing.

1. Application Form to be completed and duly signed.
2. Supporting Documents to be sent for, Such as International Passport, Driver's License, Company ID or any Government issued valid ID. b) Proof of Residential Address. Such as; Utility Bill, Electricity, Gas, Water or Wastage Bill. Bank Statement of account for the past 3 months
3. Presentation and signing of further due diligence documents
4. Approval
5. Signing of Loan Contract Agreement In completing the signing of the loan contract agreement, the Borrower would proceed with the lender’s preferred escrow company for the final closing.
6. Closing and disbursement

NOTE: All fees are paid at closing with the title company.
